PHASE III
PRODUCT RECEIPT / INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION

 

RECEIVE AND INSPECT PRODUCT:  We coordinate and control the receipt and thorough inspection of product received at our warehouse sites.

WAREHOUSE AND STORAGE SERVICES:  We provide secure, low cost warehousing for projects needing long term storage.

STAGING AND INSTALLATION:  We tag all products as necessary per installation drawings.  The site in inspected prior to installation an we assist the designer or you in developing staging/installation plans and schedules.  Progress reports are provided if necessary.  Your Account Executive will work with the designer and your company representative and be on site for the entire installation.

FURNITURE AND SYSTEM REFURBISHING:  We provide a staff of experts to meet any need for refurbishing, reupholstering and repairing.

MOVE MANAGEMENT:  We are involved in all aspects of  your move and will coordinate with computer, phone, electronic trades, etc.  Also, includes development of a master plan and move-in schedule.

WALK-THRU AND PURCHASE:  We develop a punch list during the walk-thru of your completed installation site with you, and act to make immediate corrections if necessary.

POST INSTALLATION AUDIT:  Your satisfaction after the installation is important to us.  We will conduct a post-installation audit with you and the manufacturer (when necessary) to ensure compete satisfaction of the project.
