PHASE I
DESIGN / SELECTION / SPECIFICATION

 

SCHEDULING:  We set an initial schedule based upon client / designer time restrictions and the real time required for order processing, manufacturing, shipping and installation.  This schedule can be adjusted and updated as you project progresses.

PROGRAMMING: We offer and in-depth Need Analysis of you requirements resulting in the development of workstation and furnishings standards.

RESEARCH: We research product styles and operational requirements as they relate to offered benefits and assist in researching alternatives lines that may better fill your needs.

SPACE PLANNING: We develop workstation typicals and space plans based upon your program.  This includes providing furniture layouts combining new and existing furnishings.

DESIGN:  When appropriate, we provide design services, including product selection, carpeting, drapery, furniture layouts, building finishes, etc.

BUDGET / SPECIFICATIONS: We provide specific product information such as current prices, finish and upholstery options.  We also provide a computerized list of final specification showing manufacture, quantity, product description and all cost required to complete the project.
